I'm thinking you've already thought about contacting your service provider and get them to run a test if not I would say do so.
If I'm having trouble here I clean out the rubble 'cookies etc' check my SP's web site for issues and ring them, I've always found them very helpful if a tad difficult to understand, they probably have the same trouble with me
Oh I'm with Virgin and I don't ever go down the wait and see if it gets better route after all I never slow down the payments to them ian
It seems to have been a wifi issue, and (fingers crossed!) running a cable from the box to the PC seems to have resolved the problem. There is now another half-mile of cable stuffed behind the settee... the amount of spaghetti back there is shocking.
But- my computer works! and that's all that really matters.
